I bought this mattress for a trundle bed and was limited to a maximum height of 8 inches. Initially I bought one from the company I bought the bed from, but the mattress felt and looked like a crib mattress so I sent it back. I wanted a mattress that was comfortable for both adults and kids. This one is very comfortable. My daughter actually likes to sleep on the bottom trundle more than the top bed because the mattress is more comfortable. Unfortunately, I can't switch the mattresses because the top mattress is too high for the bottom trundle. I slept on it one night and slept most of the night which is a good sign as I usually don't sleep well when I am in a different bed. Right now this mattress is cheaper than the regular memory foam mattress and has more layers for comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this mattress even for myself. Unfortunately, it does not come in a king size.
